Insight #01: the 4 C's thesis

The 4 C's thesis is essential on this journey! According to Allan Barros, to increase your sales and business volume, four steps need to be prioritized:
- Consideration: Generate consideration for your brand with direct (“face-to-face”) interactions and through social media communications.
- Content: offer knowledge to your customer through relevant content, on social media, blogs, emails, etc.
- Conversion: focus on converting. The first sale is “easy”, but the second is a challenge.
- Conversation: develop a calendar of actions and generate conversations that build loyalty with your audience.

No, but if for each deal, if for each activation you do, relationship or meeting with the client, you think 'which C' am I going to do today?
