Are you familiar with DIRBI, the new accessory obligation?

DIRBI is the acronym for Declaration of Incentives, Waivers, Benefits and Immunities of a Tax Nature. Last Tuesday, the 18th, Normative Instruction No. 2198/2024 was published, which establishes this declaration, a new accessory obligation for the declaration of tax benefits.

Who needs to submit the DIRBI or not:

The DIRBI must be submitted monthly by private law companies, including those that are exempt and immune, as well as consortia that conduct business in their own name. The following are exempt from submitting it:

• Microenterprises;
• Small companies included in the Simples Nacional;
• Individual Microentrepreneurs (MEIs);
• Entities starting their activity*.

*There are some exceptions for specific cases, such as payment of the Social Security Contribution on Gross Revenue (CPRB). In these cases, consult the Normative Instruction for more information.

Nvidia vs. Microsoft vs. Apple: Which company is worth more?

SpaceX announces portable internet antenna

SpaceX has announced the Starlink Mini, a satellite internet antenna that fits in a backpack, weighing less than 1kg! With a built-in router, the Starlink Mini can achieve up to 100 Mbps download speeds and consumes less power than other models.

The Starlink Mini kit includes a mount, a tube adapter, a power supply, and a USB-C to barrel connector cable. According to SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, assembling and activating the antenna takes less than five minutes. Here's how it works:
