Delivery of the ECF on time is up to the University
We are approaching the final deadline for submitting the Fiscal Accounting Records (ECF)! Remember: taxpayers in Rio Grande do Sul have until October to send their information, but others must submit this additional obligation by July 31st.

SPED makes EFD ICMS IPI version 4.0.4 available
The Public Digital Accounting System (SPED) has released version 4.0.4 of the Digital Tax Accounting (EFD) for ICMS and IPI. This update brings important improvements, including adjustments to the validation of state registrations and corrections to the file transmission system. Check out the full text:
- Update of the state registration validation rule for the state of Mato Grosso do Sul to allow the inclusion of state registrations generated from the new system adopted by the state.
- Update of the state registration validation rule to follow the same methodology adopted by the Centralized Taxpayer Registry (CCC).
- Correction of problem related to the transmission of files from a period prior to 201Correction in record 1400, where the Validator Program was allowing the inclusion of item codes from record 0200, even in situations where the state has valid codes from table 5.9.1 published for the accounting period.
